8 lbs!!
I had another training session and thought for
certain that Chris was trying to kill me.
I survived and surprisingly, I am not that sore today.
She also gave me a new schedule:
3 days of "lazy" cardio
This means on my "off" days, I hop on the treadmill
or the elliptical for 30 minutes for interval training.
3 days of a strength/cardio mix
This is tough!
5 minutes of cardio at a high resistance and
a fast pace (think slow jog up to a sprint).
After my 5 minutes are up, I do 3 different weight
machines for legs or arms. Alternate until
I've done 45 minutes of cardio.
I also discovered a new machine! I have no idea
what it's called but I love it. Mainly, because it really targets
your tummy, butt, and thighs. It works kind of like an
elliptical but you feel like you're on skis trying to get
some momentum going on a flat slope.
Does that make any sense?
We also discussed my diet.
I've been really stressed at work and haven't
been sticking to my food plan very well.
New challenge for the week:
eat clean for at least 3 days.
While I haven't noticed a big difference in
any specific part of my body, I have way more energy.
Hoping to lose 2 big ones by next Thursday!
